Campaign Terms
Particular conditions that apply to a specific campaign launch.
Campaign Terms — Winstory
ARTICLE 1 — SUBJECT
These terms govern a specific Campaign. They supplement the Master Terms and the role module. The parameters displayed at launch are part of the Campaign.
ARTICLE 2 — BRIEF
The brief describes what is requested. A Contribution off-brief may be rejected as creative moderation. That rejection is not a removal for unlawfulness.
ARTICLE 3 — ELIGIBILITY
Only persons who meet the displayed conditions, including age for paid flows, may take part. Participation through abusive multiple accounts is ineligible.
ARTICLE 4 — TERM
The Campaign runs for the period displayed. After the deadline, no new paid participation is accepted. Operations already Funded are settled under that Campaign’s rules.
ARTICLE 5 — PRICE P
The price P is the participation price where it is displayed. It is distinct from the AI Studio cost and from a Reward. Paying it does not guarantee a gain.
ARTICLE 6 — FUNDED
The state Funded records that the payment has entered the Campaign economy. It is not creative validation.
ARTICLE 7 — VALIDATED
The state Validated records that the Contribution meets the criteria. It opens eligibility for a Reward. It does not promise a positive amount.
ARTICLE 8 — RANKED
The state Ranked assigns a deterministic rank to validated Contributions. Rank is used for allocation. It is not a draw. A random financial tie-break is not used.
ARTICLE 9 — INDIVIDUAL ACTIVATION
For an individual Campaign, the planned Reward settlement assumes that the Campaign is economically activated. If it is not economically activated, the non-activation rule applies. A professional Campaign follows its own threshold, if one is displayed, and not a universal rule of five participations.
ARTICLE 10 — REWARD
The Reward is not guaranteed. It may be zero. It is owed only under the displayed conditions, after the required states. A monetary payout follows the Payment Terms.
ARTICLE 11 — MODERATION
Creative moderation judges the brief. Platform moderation judges unlawfulness and security. Financial effects follow the ground relied on. Creative rejection is not the standard refund.
ARTICLE 12 — AI
An AI Studio generation requested during the Campaign is a separate service. Its technical failure is a matter of conformity of that service. It does not rewrite the rank.
ARTICLE 13 — RIGHTS
The participant keeps the participant’s rights. The Campaign carries the licence described in the UGC Terms for the purpose displayed. Wider exploitation requires a separate authorisation.
ARTICLE 14 — SPONSOR USE
The sponsor uses Contributions within the authorised scope, without distorting them beyond what the licence allows, and without presenting a voice or image authorisation it does not have.
ARTICLE 15 — CHANGE
An essential parameter already accepted by a paying participant is not changed retroactively, except to correct an obvious error, to comply with law or for security. A prospective change is displayed before it applies to new participations.
ARTICLE 16 — CANCELLATION
The sponsor may refrain from launching a Campaign not yet paid for by participants. After Funded participations, a discretionary cancellation does not erase refunds for non-performance or Rewards already earned. An interruption for unlawfulness or security is proportionate.
ARTICLE 17 — FRAUD
Fraud, collusion and rank manipulation cause the author to lose eligibility. They do not forfeit the Reward of a good-faith participant.
ARTICLE 18 — EVIDENCE
The snapshot of parameters, the payments and the calculated rank are evidence of the Campaign, without being irrebuttable against a consumer.
ARTICLE 19 — FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure has the meaning in the Master Terms. Ordinary unavailability of an AI provider does not, by itself, cancel a Reward already earned.
ARTICLE 20 — TAX
The recipient of a Reward declares what the recipient owes. Winstory does not withhold tax on its own initiative beyond what a payment provider lawfully applies.
ARTICLE 21 — END
At the deadline, the Campaign is closed to new entries. Licences run for the agreed term. Payment obligations that have arisen survive.
ARTICLE 22 — MANDATORY LAW
These terms do not deprive the consumer of conformity, of withdrawal where it has not been lawfully lost, or of mediation. Between professionals, the cap in the professional terms applies to claims against Winstory.
