The website and the application are published by WINSTORY, a simplified joint-stock company, SIREN 924 927 965, NAF code 63.12Z. Correspondence address: 8 rue de Wattignies, 75012 Paris, France. The president is Vincent Roux. Capital, the registry and the VAT number appear on invoices when they are required.

The publication director is Vincent Roux, president and legal representative, within the meaning of article 6 of the Law of 21 June 2004.

Winstory does not present itself as a credit institution, an electronic-money institution, a payment institution or a crypto-asset service provider. Card payments and payouts run through Stripe.

Where a contract is concluded with a consumer, the consumer may refer the matter to the consumer mediator to which Winstory has adhered. The details are published when adhesion is effective, on this page and on a durable medium. Until then, a written complaint is sent to the address in article 1.
